Poor Service I have been to Ramsey two different times for oil changes in my Subaru Forest and both times received very poor service. The first time the tech backed my vehicle into another vehicle that was parked behind it, while I was standing there watching. The second time I visited, I paid for a tire rotation, in addition to an oil change, and after leaving the service center, my low tire pressure light came on. A few days later I checking my tires, and found that they all four tires under the recommended psi levels, two of them were more than 10 psi under the recommended amount. Both situations were very disappointing, especially since I purchased my Subaru from Ramsey Auto Center. I would like to give Ramsey my business, but unfortunately, I will not be returning again. More

Expect Excellence! I tested the "No appointment necessary" for routine oil change and found service rep happy to volunteer tire rotation, cabin filter change and 24-pt c I tested the "No appointment necessary" for routine oil change and found service rep happy to volunteer tire rotation, cabin filter change and 24-pt check as part of our contract. When I asked about updating the GPS map, it was taken care of and he volunteered that another free update could be completed before next August. As a side benefit, we appreciated being able to recycle our collection of used Keurig pods! More
