I noted four things in the notes. 30,000 mile check-up A sensitive tire pressure warning A dome light that didn't work 4 new tires I was surprised that I didn't receive any contact with a 4-item list. Great customer service would have acknowledged something beyond standard maintenance and a longer wait time. When I got there, the scheduled work was the standard 30,000 mile check-up. I had to reiterate my request. The tire pressure warning and dome light were easy - educate me, the owner. The 4 new tires was going to extend the wait time to approximately two hours. On this day, it was not a problem for me but on other days, the extended wait may have been a problem. I have to think that this was also a scheduling issue for your team and would have put them behind when my service turned into extended time. Compared to other dealer services, the Ramsey experience is far superior. I would consider this a tweak to a process that already works pretty well. More
They tried. I had my car towed to this service and some logistical things went wrong, and I will not hold them against these. They "repaired" a couple things that were not the issue with the car and my car is at a different service to truly be repaired. More
Not so happy this time I wasn't told that the work was going to take more than 2 1/2 hours. I had my 92 year old mom with me so it wasn't the easiest time with her along. It seems odd to me that I get 4 confirmations that I'm coming to my appointment time but I couldn't get one person to let me know that the job was going to be all morning. The sales person was very apologetic and refunded me $30 as well. I just hope I never have to sit in the coffee shop that long again wondering what was going on. More
Amazing, Cares About Individuals I called this dealership to put down a deposit to purchase an amazing 2000 Acura Integra GSR. And even though I was from out of State and had over 25 I called this dealership to put down a deposit to purchase an amazing 2000 Acura Integra GSR. And even though I was from out of State and had over 25 people interested in the same car along with people who were local, they decided to trust me and let me have first dibs on this amazing vehicle. 5 days later I met with Dejah who make the process super easy and fast. Was only there for like 45 minutes. Dejah is an amazing Sales Consultant and gave me all the pictures and info I needed before I came down from Minnesota. A dealership you can trust that care about each client. Michael from a Finance was great along with the Used Car Manager who I forgot his name. Thanks again. Tommie More

Quick and Easy I knew exactly what truck I wanted before going in, and the entire process only took around 2 hours total, everyone was very up-front and honest. I've seen other dealerships use some questionable sales tactics, but I didn't experience any of that at Ramsey. I valued my trade before I came in, expecting to get offered less than the number I came up with, but they matched it without having to argue and I'm satisfied with the deal we made. Doug and Mike were great to work with, and I'll be recommending them in the future. More
