I was very interested in Subaru because their base models offer AWD which was important to me living in the Midwest. I ended up leasing a 2018 Impreza. I really enjoyed my experience at Ramsey Subaru. As a young women, it was a bit daunting for me to go to dealerships and feel like a respected and heard customer. At Ramsey with Paul Moser, I was always treated as a valued customer and was never felt pressured to make a decision for fear of missing out. Worst Car dealership Experience EVER!!!!!! It is obvious this location relies solely on their product selling itself because they show NO common courteously. They price their product higher than need be so I suggest comparing prices at other locations. DO NOT let them assume you are stupid or lazy for not traveling or researching other Subaru Locations. I advice people to go to Waterloo C&S Subaru because you wont regret it and will automatically see the difference. More
