Not the usual caring service. Jerry was the usual - passing the buck. Try not to have to deal with him. In the past he tried to sell me a tire I didn’t need. Got other opinions. Discount Tire said they would know until the looked. It was fixable and they did it fir free. That was 2017 and it is still being drivien. It was on my 2010 Outback. 100000 mile tire. He had to send his tire back. Don’t know for sure yet that the oil leak was fixed. He blamed it on the last oil change. Problem is that it was discovered before the last oil change. He was rather rude. More

I scheduled an appointment to have recall work completed and while there get regular maintenance done. We traveled two hours and took a day off. We were given a loaner car. Several hours later we received a and while there get regular maintenance done. We traveled two hours and took a day off. We were given a loaner car. Several hours later we received a call saying the oil change was done, but could not do the recall work as the part wasn't ordered. No apology. Now we need to take another day off work and return to Des Moines when the part is available. There seems to be a disconnect between parts and service. This is not the first time this has happened. Once again a terrific experience at Ramsey Subaru. This was our 5th Subaru purchase from Paul Moser there. Whole process was a pleasure as car dealers too often are not.
