The service dept explains the work that will be done & the costs prior to starting the job. Also, they provide a complimentary loaner car if the work will take a number of hours. I haven’t seen the work done on my car yet. This rating is based on it being almost 5 weeks ago that I dropped my vehicle off. I’ve only received 1 phone call to communicate what is going on, and that was is based on it being almost 5 weeks ago that I dropped my vehicle off.
