I went to have a rear door fixed, the tech shorted out the computer module and didn't tell anyone. I made it home and tried to open the rear door which didn't work. I was asked to return the vehicle to the computer module and didn't tell anyone. I made it home and tried to open the rear door which didn't work. I was asked to return the vehicle to the service center (1 1/2 hour drive one way) and was given a loaner car. A week later I was told I had to pay an additional $300 - $400 for the computer module. After I asked how I would file a complaint the service manager waived the computer module fee. More

Original Miata battery did not have enough cranking power and therefore failed. Replacement battery had almost twice as much cranking power and I don’t think I will have the same problems. When I said that I had a coupon for a oil change and a tire rotation, Cory let me know that I would be able to return and get the tire rotation later on. They did not simply neglect to rotate my tires, I have a set of but sex with different wheels on them for the winter time because it is a rear wheel drive car in a northern climate. Very considerate of my needs. More
