The service department here is bad. First, i went for my complimentary oil change. I made an appointment and upon my arrival i asked the man to also check 2 other things on my car. While doing so he walked away from me as i was speaking, very rude. The appintment took 2 hours, with no offer of a loaner, so i waited. The second appointment was for a power steering problem. Upon arrival, the man basically disregarded my concern and told me to take his other service buddy for a drive. Before the service man got into my car im sure the 2 exchanged some words about me. While my cars powersteering is clearly making abnormal noises the service man says to me "are you sure youre not hearing your tires rubbing on the gound" like im some sort of idiot. then he decides to drive my 2020 sti for a spirited drive (revving well past 5k rpm) and decides its the brakes i hear and to come back when its worse. I will never be back to this unprofessional, lazy department. I took it home to michigan and indeed, it was the powersteering. Ill have it fixed by a reputable dealership here and have the info faxed over for your dervice team to review, since they dont know a problem when they see and hear it. More
I’ve now taken my newly purchased car in twice due to tech issues. They keep telling me nothing is wrong. There was a note that the camera wasn’t working when I purchased the vehicle, but they indicated tech issues. They keep telling me nothing is wrong. The issue continues to happen for long intervals at a time, rendering the reason I purchased the car worthless.They told me it was a bug on the sensor. But the concern involves two sensors, not just one. service guy just kept telling me I didn’t understand the tech. Will be bringing it back after this week - after having fully documented another week of issues. I’m hoping they just replace the parts, now that it will be the third time I bring it in for the same issues, so I can be secure in the cars features for safety purposes. As far as purchasing the car, Dejah was great! However, Cory in service made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and that there was obviously nothing wrong with the car. If the features don’t work, the car has serious issues. As simple as that. They gave me a loaner while servicing mine and those issues never happened. I’m starting to think they just don’t want to honor the warranty. More

The maintenance service desk had no screen between the staff and the customer. The service person had no mask on nor did anyone I saw except the woman sweeping the floors. I had a mask on so I don’t unknowingly spread the Covid 19 virus to others. I expect businesses I patronize to have the same respect for their customers. The desk where I paid the bill did have a screen, but the woman was not wearing a mask. Please change your policies so that staff people who interact with customers wear masks, and install screens at your maintenance service desk. Gary Scott More
