No masks-no screens-no business Ramsey, I’ve been a customer for decades. I brought my Subaru in for service on June 10, 2020. The maintenance service desk had no screen between the staff and the customer. The service person had no mask on nor did anyone I saw except the woman sweeping the floors. I had a mask on so I don’t unknowingly spread the Covid 19 virus to others. I expect businesses I patronize to have the same respect for their customers. The desk where I paid the bill did have a screen, but the woman was not wearing a mask. Please change your policies so that staff people who interact with customers wear masks, and install screens at your maintenance service desk. Gary Scott More

I was not wanting to buy anything, but my old Outback had a different idea when it died. I met Paul and was soooo impressed at his knowledge of the cars on the lot that I was looking at purchasing. He did a different idea when it died. I met Paul and was soooo impressed at his knowledge of the cars on the lot that I was looking at purchasing. He did not use high pressure and I never felt like I was getting conned. He knows his products and was super personable. My husband is very picky about buying cars and the sales experience and he too was impressed. I appreciate Paul's help and knowledge. A huge plus was the delivery. It was not a time consuming and actually pleasant! He's a keeper and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new Subaru or Mazda. Before I purchased this, I was hopeful about getting my Outback repaired. Dennis was awesome to work with in the service department too. Loved the experience with the whole team. More
