I was not wanting to buy anything, but my old Outback had a different idea when it died. I met Paul and was soooo impressed at his knowledge of the cars on the lot that I was looking at purchasing. He did not use high pressure and I never felt like I was getting conned. He knows his products and was super personable. My husband is very picky about buying cars and the sales experience and he too was impressed. I appreciate Paul's help and knowledge. A huge plus was the delivery. It was not a time consuming and actually pleasant! He's a keeper and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new Subaru or Mazda. Before I purchased this, I was hopeful about getting my Outback repaired. Dennis was awesome to work with in the service department too. Loved the experience with the whole team. More
