I was very disappointed that none, not one, of your employees were wearing a mask. Your scuttle driver did have one available around his neck. At least your employees that mix with the public should be employees were wearing a mask. Your scuttle driver did have one available around his neck. At least your employees that mix with the public should be required to wear masks. A lack of a mask requirement flows from the top of your business and reflects a lack of concern for the well-being of your customers. Your services provided were fine. I assume Tim shares responsibility for your no mask policy and that explains his low rating. I had no interaction with him. More
