priorities in the service dept. I scheduled an appointment because of the recall on the pvc. My appointment was for 1:00. I had plans for the morning and it was more convenient to drop my car off the evening before. The service department was closed so I wrote my information on an envelope provided. I wrote on it that I had a scheduled appointment but it was still treated as a "drop-off" and was not finished until well after 4:00. When I called around 2:00, I was told that drop-off cars are worked on when they can fit them in. I HAD a scheduled appointment and a two hour drive home. Needless to say I was not pleased. More
Everything went ok. Paul was cordial and allowed my daughter and I to drive the Crosstrek. There are many safety features but not enough time was spent on explaining them to me. I am left not knowing how to use a number of them. Reading the manual isn’t the same as actual hands on explanation and using them. I would like some help with this but not wanting to drive to Urbandale again. I would not recommend purchasing a $30,000 car with only one visit. More
All of the requested actions were performed. No fuss. Car dropped off the night before, phone call the next day to indicate that the work had been performed and the car was ready for pickup. Travis was very helpful. He made it very easy to find a car that we were happy with and worked with us. He kept me updated about the car that I was interested in while I was waiting to hear back from my in car that we were happy with and worked with us. This is my second Mazda. Both times I’ve worked with Steve and Jeremy. Both were terrific to do business with. Very patient in answering all my questions.
