Ramseys is probably the easiest dealership I have ever worked with, or probably will ever work with. I thought it was going to be a horrible day of haggling with salesmen but they were straight to the poi worked with, or probably will ever work with. priorities in the service dept. I scheduled an appointment because of the recall on the pvc. My appointment was for 1:00. I wrote on it that I had a scheduled appointment but it was still treated as a "drop-off" and was not finished until well after 4:00. When I called around 2:00, I was told that drop-off cars are worked on when they can fit them in. I HAD a scheduled appointment and a two hour drive home. Needless to say I was not pleased. More

Everything went ok. Paul was cordial and allowed my daughter and I to drive the Crosstrek. There are many safety features but not enough time was spent on explaining them to me.
