I wrote on it that I had a scheduled appointment but it was still treated as a "drop-off" and was not finished until well after 4:00. When I called around 2:00, I was told that drop-off cars are worked on when they can fit them in. I HAD a scheduled appointment and a two hour drive home. Needless to say I was not pleased. More

Everything went ok. Paul was cordial and allowed my daughter and I to drive the Crosstrek. There are many safety features but not enough time was spent on explaining them to me. I am left not knowing how to use a number of them. Reading the manual isn’t the same as actual hands on explanation and using them. I would like some help with this but not wanting to drive to Urbandale again. I would not recommend purchasing a $30,000 car with only one visit. More
