Frustrating Dealership in it's self is nice and people are friendly, Problem with the car is still not fixed. I was so excited when we got it. It worked great for 4 months- now nothing- Our salesman never even mention the option of having a key fob which now I wish we had. This is a brand new car- I think there should be an answer to this problem. It only has me wondering what else is going to go wrong. It isn't a good feeling. More

The pre-purchase inspection was poorly done by the tech at Ramsey. A couple of days after I got home, I found insulation from the engine cover in a couple of spots throughout the engine compartment. I initially thought that the insulation just fell apart but after looking around, I found bits of acorn and mouse droppings along with the insulation. I didn’t see any evidence of wires being chewed on but still left a sour taste about my experience with Ramsey. More
