Jeremy Medeiros was easy to work with, and I felt very comfortable with him. He was so patient with me, answering all questions, as well as, teaching me about my new car. The reason i give one star because they add to my vehicle convention oil not synthetic oil. I always add synthetic oil for my car for years. I talked to service advisor he said this is type of oil for this convention oil not synthetic oil. I always add synthetic oil for my car for years.
