I have always thought of Ramsey Subaru Maintenance as the ideal place to stop and relax while my car is checked out and maintained. My last visit was a little troubling because my records of visits for maintenance did not match your records. I had the receipts for every 6-month visit since I bought the car. It was suggested that I call Subaru of North America to find out why my maintenance plan was completely used up. I noticed ever since I bought the car that I receive automated emails reminding me to bring my car in for service or that my service visit is overdue even when I had done so already. I also receive automated emails asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey even after I had done so. When I receive blast emails that don’t recognize me and are ignorant of what I have or have not done, it’s off-putting because it seems impersonal and insincere. I wish the email messages were fed by real data (using AI) so that it would make me, as a customer, feel really valued for being one. More

Dealer very professional, however the reason I came is was for a problem with my AC sporadically blowing warm. They could not duplicate and charged the system up and added a dye to be able to trace for a was for a problem with my AC sporadically blowing warm.
