I was in desperate need of a new car I attempted to buy a car at Ramsey Subaru dealership and Dan was unable to find a bank who would finance me he assured me that by putting a down payment it will mak buy a car at Ramsey Subaru dealership and Dan was unable to find a bank who would finance me he assured me that by putting a down payment it will make matters easier and if I chose not to purchase I would be refunded In no than three days if not immediately , About five hours later another Subaru dealership was able to finance me and so I purchased a car with them , I call Dan that same day and told him I’d like to cancel the deposit I had made with him earlier in the day he sounded a bit upset said OK and hung up. Here we are a 9days later and I still have not been refunded, the bank said the dealership has not released the money, I called the dealership the receptionist knew who I was because they have a call ID and transferred me to Dan from sales and the answering machine came onn, and so I redial the dealership and this time they would not pick up for me I called multiple departments and no one would pick up for me , after 15 min of back to back calls someone picked up who sounded like Dan , said that he would let the manager know of the situation and hung up , he didn’t even give me his name , no introduction, just bad all around , All I’m saying is , if a sell doesn’t fall through , you don’t try and screw the client over , that’s bad business not to mention it diminishes the integrity of the franchise , thank goodness I’m not on my last dime and In need of the deposit your holding More

Went for trade in inspection and evaluation this afternoon and sales manager Alex gave me low trade in value on my current Subaru I believe to offset price of new vehicle.
