When picking up the car after service, we remembered that we had forgotten to tell them that the license plate frame was cracked and the plate a little bent. "Give me ten minutes," they said, and it was replaced/straightened. No charge. Someone knows how to generate repeat customers. There are closer dealers where I could go, but I believe I'll go the extra distance in the future. More
