My sales rep, Michael Pandolfelli, found the vehicle I wanted on the lot. Not only was he knowledgeable about the Crosstrek, he clearly explained every step of the process to me. When discussing pricing, I felt Mike was completely transparent – we had a relaxed and enjoyable discussion rather than the aggressive negotiation I had been accustomed to with past purchases. Not only did I get the price I wanted, I drove off in my new Crosstrek later that afternoon! More

In and out! I'm a 2-year member of the Subaru family and I love my Forrester! I thought I'd give Ramsey express service a chance, but was doubtful they would have me back on the road in 30 minutes. Well, the oil change, tire rotation and double filter change took 30 minutes!!! I opted to take advantage of the complimentary car wash and still I was out of there in the amount of time they promised! I'm definitely going back, the place is immaculate, convenient and they even have an area for the kids! More
