Love my Subaru; loved working with Mike We visited the dealership and met with Mike. He explained the differences between the two models we were considering, as well as the updates coming on We visited the dealership and met with Mike. He explained the differences between the two models we were considering, as well as the updates coming on the 2016 models. We called a few days later, & explained exactly what we wanted. He made an appointment, we basically went in, negotiated a little, and walked out with our new Forester (after he showed us a few things, and, very important, sync-ed our phones to the Bluetooth!) It was a really pleasant experience, and I'm loving my new car! More
Catastrophic Engine Failure Subaru knows about serious oil consumption issues and they continue to hide it. This dealership blamed me when my engine seized at 42,000 miles. I h Subaru knows about serious oil consumption issues and they continue to hide it. This dealership blamed me when my engine seized at 42,000 miles. I had to replace that car as it was so badly damaged from the engine failure. Unfortuantely I purchased a second Subaru and the same thing happened. What a coincidence! The dealership and Subaru of America continue to lie about the issue. Now there are two class action suits against Subaru of America for this situation. Do they believe me now??? Stephan who was the service manager at the time of the first engine failure is such a liar. He could care less about the families who drive the cars he services. Do you know the commercial they lived that Subaru touts all of the time??? They are such hypocrites!!! I am lucky to be alive because I drive a Subaru. After this second incident and the lies, Subaru has lost me as a loyal customer FOREVER!!! More
