Since deciding we were in the market for a new car, Ramsey Subaru was the 3rd dealership we visited, (one other Subaru dealership as well as a VW dealer)> We had done our research and figured out what we could expect to pay for a new car, and what sort of value we should expect from our trade. We got an on-line quote from Ramsey that was beat the price we expected to pay by a few hundred dollars. I made an appointment with Alex, got a test drive, a fast appraisal of my trade, and was treated very professionally. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously knew cars, (not a given with auto sales people today as at the other Subaru dealer we visited, our young sales man had worked at Best Buy previously to selling cars). There were no "tricks" or hidden fees - the deal went down as described - the service professional and personable. I would highly recommend Alex and Ramsey Subaru for anyone interested in a quality car and a fair shake. More
