Clayton flat out beat all the dealers I arrived at Ramsey Subaru around 6pm on sept 12 2014 after visiting 5 Subaru dealerships. He didn't sugar coat anything and warned the wait is not gonna be easy considering I had just ordered a vehicle that usually takes 90 days or more to get. He answered my emails and called me back when I did call which wasn't often because I didn't want to annoy him every week on a update. I received the vehicle December 16 and pretty much everything he said that was going to happen was what happened . I just had to wait . Seamless purchase process Overview the purchasing of the new outback went well. Michael was responsive to emails and any questions during the ordering process. There was a minor hiccup at the end with an additional accessory that was ordered, but was missing a few days prior to completing the purchase. Michael was able to rush the order and have the accessory installed prior to picking up the vehicle. The only negative of the experience was the pressure from another associate to purchase the extended warranty on the vehicle. I doubt that Subaru would put a product out to market that is going to breakdown after the three year warranty expires. If the extended warranty was such a great deal then logic would follow that they expect issues after the 3 year mark, and if they do expect issues why are they not charging a higher price for the extended warranty. In the end, my wife and I were in and out with a relatively seamless transaction. I would recommend Ramsey to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future. More
