best car buying experience ever I talked to 5 Subaru dealers in Massachusetts, looking for a 2014 white Crosstrek, in the Limited trim package. It was worth the drive to deal with such a great dealership, and Alex was the most helpful salesman you could ask for. He responded to all my questions within a few hours. Horrible experience!!! Stay far away!!! I spoke with the finance manager, Corey, before I went down to negotiate and told him that I wanted to trade in my vehicle. I told Stay far away!!! I drove an hour to speak with him in person and he tells me that I told him a different number over the phone, which was not the case. This was a tactic for me to lay out more money. Then we went over the monthly payment for a lease and he never wrote or told me the purchase price for the vehicle, which is very important, even with a lease. When I cancelled the transaction, I told him that he never wrote down the purchase price on the contract. He then told me that most people want to know the monthly payment and not the purchase price. He kept back tracking and was not honest at all and blamed everything on me!!! He proceeded to tell me that I was not being honest, when I called to cancel the transaction. The worst part about it was that a good friend of mine recommended Ramsey and called Corey and told him that I was coming down to speak with him. You would think that they would take care of a customer that has sent several people to Corey and bought vehicles from him in the past. Guess not. Then I found out that my transaction was cancelled, but the order for the car through Subaru was not, so Ramsey can increase there inventory! I will never recommended this dealer to anyone!!! More

After making a bunch of phone calls to a bunch of dealerships, I spoke with Alex. I told him that I was looking for a 2015 Outback and he happened to have one. He held the car for me so I could see it. I came in and he was a complete delight to work with. Most people, myself included, don't like dealing with salesmen. Alex was very frank and honest. Every one at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. I would definitely go back to Ramsey Subaru for my next car! More

Awesome service I purchased my Crossteck in October 2014 and had wonderful service. On November 11, 2014 I went in for my 7,500 mile service. I had lost my wedding band a couple months ago in my car. The service consultant, Al Cisneros, was so kind and helpful. When I picked up my car, Ramsey Subaru had my wedding band! They also had a great deal on the 7500 mile service!! I will continue taking my car there!!! More
