The car which Clayton highly recommende both the 2011 and 2013 have proven to be the best cars I have ever driven The outback 3.5 fully loaded is a joy to drive both for acceleration,handlin and it can be a work horse. I have leased and driven Audi's,Navigators, Volkswagens,BMW's,Buicks and I can without reservation say that this car is the best. However if it were not for my first sales experience with Clayton I may never have gooten behind the Wheel. I went to the dealership expecting to buy a Forester, but after discussing what I was looking for, Brian steered I had and gave me advice when asked. i visited another Subaru dealer which DID NOT have any 6cyl legacy's , they told me they would call when some came in. i also visited a Hyundai dealer and spent 45 minutes in their showroom without any sa 6cyl legacy's , they told me they would call when some came in. i also visited a Hyundai dealer and spent 45 minutes in their showroom without any salesman even bothering to give a second of their time! BTW i never received a call from that dealer about any 6cyl legacy's coming in for almost 3 weeks!! i looked up the inventory of Ramsey Subaru and saw they had approx six 6cyl legacy's ON THEIR LOT. the answer to why i gave them the rating i did is because they had the vehicle i was interested in ON THEIR LOT and i was looking at the vehicle in their showroom and was immediately spoken to by sales associate Gerald Norell. 2 things that disgruntled me about the 2 previous dealerships i visited! Gerry had great knowledge on the Legacy and provided all the pertinent info i wanted to know about the car. he made buying a new car very easy,smooth and comfortable. More

Gerald is a great no pressure salesman, and very helpful with suggestions and ideas.
