Pretty good experience, the service was completed and wait time was good. The only thing I didn't like was when I pulled in, there was so sign saying where to pull up to, or what to do, and about 5 emplo wait time was good. I had no idea what I was supposed to do- do I wait in the car ? Do I leave my keys and get out ? When I had a Nissan previously, someone always greeted me as soon as I pulled in and checked me in and told me where to go. Once I was inside , Isaiah was super nice and helpful. I'd give him 5 stars ! More

I find everyone always very helpful and respectful unfortunately they promised it would vacuum and run the car through the car wash the last two times and it was not accomplished as a result I bought unfortunately they promised it would vacuum and run the car through the car wash the last two times and it was not accomplished as a result I bought it back to have it cleaned as they offered. service was concise, took a little longer then expected but they provide loaner for extent of work.
