Stan layed out to myself and my wife several different possibilities with regard to year and options and pointed out the pluses/minuses of each. Stan was the most low pressure, straightforward, honest used car person I have EVER dealt with in all of my 30 years of driving. First of all - the car itself was exactly as described in cars.com - actuall used car person I have EVER dealt with in all of my 30 years of driving. First of all - the car itself was exactly as described in cars.com - actually better - and that was SO amazing that I was thrilled right off the bat. Second, Stan was willing to work the numbers on my trade in and gave me a break on the asking price of the car I was buying (a used Saab 9*3 2.0T 4DR Sports Sedan) so that all I had to pay was taxes and fees. In a matter of a couple of hours after I drove in we had taken the Saab for a long test drive and then sealed the deal and he got the paperwork done and I drove home in my 'new' 2007 Saab (with 42K miles on it) - and he even ordered me an extra key (which costs a LOT) and is going to fix a piece of the back of the front seat that slipped out. He was able to explain to me exactly why Saab parts will still be available indefinitely. All in all - if I didn't live 45 minutes away I'd be thrilled to have my car serviced or buy a new or used car from Ramsey Volvo and/or deal with Stan Rosen again. The finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with but I can't remember his name. More

We also worked with TIMOTHY O'LOUGHLIN, the business manager. He reviewed our financing we had already secured thru our own bank & was able to secure a BETTER interest rate for us! He was extremely nice & very educational. He walked us thru all of the paper work & explained everything in detail & was very easy to comprehend. He also really made the auto purchase experience a fun one. The dealership, as a whole is a very nice & friendly environment. Very friendly & welcoming to all. Beautiful facilities & amazing product. Everyone really took care of us- there was little we had to do on our own! We will definitely be back again for another purchase in the future.
