As part of the negotiations process I requested that my used vehicle be inspected by another dealer in the Ramsey Auto Group. Everyone who helped me at Ramsey Volvo went above and beyond to give me exceptional service and meet my needs when looking for a new car. This was my first leasing experience and Gary and Frank both mad beyond to give me exceptional service and meet my needs when looking for a new car. This was my first leasing experience and Gary and Frank both made it a wonderful one. They worked hard to get me a car that was safe and reliable and that I really wanted for a price that matched my budget. Immediately after picking up my new vehicle, my engine light turned on and would not go off. Once again, everytime I called or emailed either of them about how to solve this issue, they were extremely helpful in instructing me how to handle it and the cause of it. It was a simple computer issue that was fixed promptly by the service department. I have had my car for about 7 months now and am extremely pleased with how wonderful a vehicle it is and the service I receive from everyone whether it's the parts and service departments when I receive maintenance or the the service I received from the sales department, particularly Gary and Frank, when leasing my vehicle. I have highly recommended Ramsey Volvo to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle, as I recommend it to everyone who reads this review, and will continue to do so. More

Experience with Ramsey Volvo was good. No problems with the car (2010 C70) yet. Other Volvo dealers in area did not have this model car, so dealer choice was limited. Incentive to buy, $6000 off from Volvo the car (2010 C70) yet. Other Volvo dealers in area did not have this model car, so dealer choice was limited. Incentive to buy, $6000 off from Volvo plus dealer discount was reason for purchase. Actually was waiting for the 2011 S60 to come out. Only complaint is I should have done better research on the car (2011's were coming out)-reason for incentive + discount. Wish the dealer had told my wife and myself this, so we could of made a decision between the '10 or the '11. So I learned next time to be better prepared. More

Gary Parker was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable in his dealings with showing us a Volvo that suits our needs. As we do not purchase a car on a regular basis, probably at least 5 to 8 knowledgeable in his dealings with showing us a Volvo that suits our needs. As we do not purchase a car on a regular basis, probably at least 5 to 8 years intervals, he was very thorough in explaining to us the standard features and the optional features and the cost involved. He was also instrumental in getting the car to us on a timely manner especially that in 2009 there was a tax credit available. We received our car on Dec. 31, 2009.
