We unfortunately did not have a good experience at Ramsey Volvo. Our salesman was extremely manipulative and condescending. He degraded me over the phone and began lecturing me on how to negotiate in the future. In addition, we specifically asked a question the night before we were going to pick up our new car to make sure it included a certain feature we wanted and he assured us it did. The next day we noticed our car did not have this feature and addressed it to him. He said that is not what we asked and "read it" the wrong way. I showed him the message that we sent him, from the night before, assuring him that is what we asked and he refused to look at it. Our entire experience at the Ramsey dealership was NOT a pleasant one and created unessecary stress that I can't afford with my health condition. For a luxury vehicle at a high end dealership spending over fifty thousand dollars, I am not sure how Ramsey Volvo separates themselves from not only other Volvo dealerships, but also other manufacturers. I had better customer service and respect at the Toyota and Honda dealerships from previous cars I have purchased in the past. More
