No Response Took vehicle in for routine maintenance and due to the engine light coming on. Of note, the engine test ran about $170. I informed the service rep that I may have added too much oil; but on second thought, it was only about 2 ounces over. Consequently, I was told that too much oil was the reason for the engine light coming on. Two weeks later, the engine light is back on. Now I'm wondering if the engine test was ever performed. I scheduled another appointment and was told my exhaust was the issue. I was also told the part had to be ordered and I would receive a call in two days. After a week of serval calls and voice messages, I left a message with Sales. Still no return call. On day eight, I received a call and had to wait an additional three days to get may car in. Fortunately, the labor was free and I was in and out. Nonetheless, the customer service leading up to the repair was not good. Not sure how a Service Department gets away with simply not answering the phone. O More
