What a difference! We started our day at one Volvo dealership and quickly decided that the guy helping us was either not taking us seriously or just wasn't in the mood t We started our day at one Volvo dealership and quickly decided that the guy helping us was either not taking us seriously or just wasn't in the mood to sell a car that day. That dealership also didn't have a great selection of the model we were looking for. Fast forward 2 hours and we ended up at Ramsey Volvo and it was like night and day. We were quickly attended by Chris Corrigan and it was a great match. Aside from being super friendly and enthusiastic, he was very knowledgeable and transparent. He made the process extremely easy, took us to the storage lot and showed us around our prospective car and within no time, we were signing the papers and became proud owners of our first Volvo. Upon pick up of our car, Mike (almost positive that was his name) took us through all of the features inside the car and was extremely thorough. He explained everything in a way that was very efficient and easy to understand. Asher was also very quick and efficient with all the paper work we had to sign. We were out the door and driving home in our new car in a little over an hour. Highly recommend this dealership! More

Horrific unfortunately I brought my 2012 XC60 to repair leaking roof. I was told the roof motor broke, even though it worked when leaving the car for repair! Also another part that I was told needed replacement didnt need a replacement after all, it was just cleaned, (it was the reason for the leak I was told) yet the charges added up to more than initially quoted. To make it worse I was charged for a full tank of gas couple days after returning the loaner even though I brought the gas up to full just prior to return. Nobody checked at the time of return. When I called Steve in service to let him know there’s been a mistake, he told me to return to the dealership with a receipt. I havent returned and do not plan to. This experience was by far the worst, I cant even be sure that the motor was truly broken and replaced! Multiple stains were left on the interior of the car. I have been a customer since 2012 but sadly I no longer trust the place. More

Service Efficient and courteous service not so much with sales team.
