I have an easy time gaining an appointment and getting the service I need. The raiting room is excellent for a wait of an hour or so, and the valet service is convenient for longer jobs. We came in contact with two of your employees, Moe (?) and John Sandercock. Moe actually sold us the car. He was informative and did not put pressure on us to purchase.
