Had to take my relatively new F150 upfitted truck into Plant Ford Humble with some noises coming from the Axle and a short timeframe before needing it for a long trip. He was excellent throughout. I let him know of my timeframe and he communicated with me and made sure the problem was diagnosed & corrected under warranty with enough time for me to be on the road. The only thing I wish is they offered a loaner car if you have recall work that would take overnight or longer to complete. I had to get a rental car which cost a lot of money. More
I purchased a new car in May of 22 and it was time to schedule for its first maintenance in November. I tried to get a time scheduled which took 3 months to do so and only when I contacted the manager w schedule for its first maintenance in November. I tried to get a time scheduled which took 3 months to do so and only when I contacted the manager was I able to get it scheduled. They had to fix some things that were bad from delivery of the vehicle in May. I also had to have the oil changed and there was a scratch on the car that I didn't know how it got there. I purchased the highest level of maintenance for this vehicle which I was told scratches would be covered. Come to find out they were not. The vehicle sat at the dealership for 6 weeks and 4 of those weeks there was nothing going on with the vehicle and no response from anyone. I would not take my car back for service to this dealerships since they had such poor communication and there lack of keeping the customer informed. More
I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. This was my first oil change with my new car. When I arrived no one spoke to me. There were 9 people working and they were all talking to each other, I finally had to ask someone to help me. I made an appointment as I was told to do, but when I got there I was told it was first come first serve for oil changes and that the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I finally went to get a status on the oil change to find out my car was done and had been for the past 30 minutes. They handed me my keys, did not give me any update on car, said the car was outside and I could leave. I get outside to find my car blocked in by 5 other cars. It was ridiculous! More
