First the shop had me replace my entire rear end because it was shot. Then after I paid for a new rear end Mr bill stated that the bearing was replaced not my entire rear end. I felt I was lied to. Then two it was shot. Then after I paid for a new rear end Mr bill stated that the bearing was replaced not my entire rear end. I felt I was lied to. Then two weeks later your shop told me my transmission needed replaced and my Cadillac converter. Well after I spent $12,000 to fix everything your shop said was wrong I picked up my truck and my Airbag cover on my horn was broke, and my airbag light was on. I’ve been trying to get this truck back in the shop for four months now and I’ve been getting the runaround. I need to get the shop to look at my truck ASAP due to my inspection sticker is going to retire. I need to get a new one to get my truck inspected I can’t without that light on. Super disappointed customer right now. More

Their service department is backed up for 2 months, so if you plan on taking your car please make sure you have a back up vehicle because they won’t offer you one, since their rentals are backed up over 2 mo you plan on taking your car please make sure you have a back up vehicle because they won’t offer you one, since their rentals are backed up over 2 months!
