GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!!! NO STRESS!!! My husband and I just bought a car at Randy Curnow Auto Plaza in liberty and it was a great experience. Makes car buying easy! I knew what kind of car I wanted and located it online. Steve was great about helping me make all of the arrangements to get the car even though I li I knew what kind of car I wanted and located it online. Search engines steer you towards the absolute lowest price using automatic metrics for mileage, options, etc. What they don't capture or factor in is the quality of the people at the dealership and that has a huge impact on the ACTUAL value of the vehicles there. We spent weeks searching for exactly the Suburban we wanted, found several across the country, but after having folks inspect each in person, all the warts the low-resolution internet pics are designed to hide came to the surface. The vehicle we found at Randy Curnow Auto Plaza was the opposite. Looked good in the pictures, looked even better in person. After spending some time chatting with Jason, the General Manager there, it became obvious why that was: he wants everyone who drives out of there with a new car to be thrilled with it. Anyway, don't always trust the pictures and LOW LOW LOW PRICES!!! you see online - if you are anywhere near KCMO, stop by and see these guys - we are so thankful that we did. More

Perfect Vehicle-Great Experience! This was the first time that my husband and I had ever been to Randy Curnow. We had been looking for a Ford Edge and found one online that we liked. W This was the first time that my husband and I had ever been to Randy Curnow. We had been looking for a Ford Edge and found one online that we liked. We decided to go check it out (around 5pm, even though they closed at 6) and they even pulled the car inside the garage since it was cold outside. Melissa was so nice and answered all my questions. We had another car that we were looking to trade in and we weren't quite sure how that worked. They offered us a very fair price on our trade in and we decided to purchase the Edge after taking it for a test drive! Melissa, Jason and Steve helped in our purchase of the Ford Edge. They were very thorough in answering all the questions we had as well as disclosing everything about the vehicle that we were purchasing. We didn't feel like they were being pushy at all (like most dealers). They were very genuine and excited for us. Needless to say, we won't be going to anywhere else to purchase vehicles and we will be referring all our friends here as well! They even have their own service center to bring our cars back. I am very pleased with this new found dealership!! Thanks Randy Curnow! More
