I was looking for a 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir, and I found only 1 on CarGurus Website and it was at Randy Curnow's. We worked out all the details and did the paperwork online, which went smoothly. Shelton called the transport company for pick-up to deliver it to me in Greer, SC. My Buick arrived a few days later right to my door. After inspecting the vehicle for any damage, we found that the right rear rim had been severely scraped. I texted Shelton to let him know and he was off that day, but Mikayla the Online Sales Manager texted me back almost immediately. I texted her pictures and then we talked on the phone. She apologized greatly for the problem and had already arranged to have the rim fixed at an Alloy Wheel Repair center right here in Greer. I made the appt and they repaired it in 2 days, and Randy Curnow paid the bill without any hesitation! Talk about great customer service I haven't seen this kind of Excellent Customer Service/Satisfaction in a very long time.
