I just bought my first-ever car from them, a 2024 Honda HRV. I was very pleased with the experience; before I even got to CR, Justin texted me with all kinds of questions. When we started the process, I was a little overwhelmed, but the guy who I was working with was kind and explained everything because I had no idea what I was doing. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is that they explained everything that works in the car, but they did not show me how to use the remote start, which led to the battery dying and having to have my car towed back up to CR (but I didn't have to pay for the new battery and the tow truck). When I had to have my car towed back up to CR, Justin (the manager) kept me updated and even sent me a temporary car so I could get to class without charge. Besides the little hiccup, it was a great experience overall. More
