Recently my 2017 Honda Civic with just 11K mileage had AC problem: the compressor was broken and had to be replaced. Since the 3-year warranty had expired, the estimate was up to $2500. I worked with Honda America, the original manufacturer to get their approval for a replacement. Based on my brand loyalty (as owner of 3 Hondas) they approved for a replacement at no cost as a goodwill gesture. Randy Kuehl Honda, worked with Honda America to get the parts in reasonable time and replaced the compressor. They did an excellent job. More
