Hello Jeff, I have since communicated with you and Julie and am diligently working with American Honda District Parts and Service Manager as well as the American Honda Field Technical Specialist who is communicating with American Honda Engineering. The first stage of this repair is to duplicate your concern so we can properly diagnose what part or parts are defective or are failing. We were unable to do that during your first visit.
