Everyone in the service department is so friendly. And I really like the new space...it's much more inviting than the old one. We purchased our Pilot new in 2018. From the very beginning the display caused problems. Intermittently the camera will stay on and only go off when the car turns off. Recently it will sometimes no beginning the display caused problems. Intermittently the camera will stay on and only go off when the car turns off. Recently it will sometimes not disconnect a call and make use of the phone inoperable until the car is turned off. We brought this up about a year ago. At the time they were not able to recreate it in the shop but we provided videos when it happened and they replaced the display. The problem has started happening again and they will no provide any help or connect with Honda directly unless it happens in their shop. It is becoming a safety issue and it seems Randy Kuehl simply want to sweep it under the rug until the warranty expires. I have purchased many cars from them, but this will be the last. More
