Bought a 2020 Pilot from Randy Kuehl which developed a dashboard rattle, with less than 1500 miles. It may have occurred due to the safety recall performed on it (very disappointed with Honda), but don't dashboard rattle, with less than 1500 miles. Service department had it for two days before I requested it back after having been informed they could not find it, but were willing to keep looking. I need the car and am fearful of other problems occurring due to tearing into the dashboard. Maybe it will get worse or maybe it will eventually bother me enough to take it back in. Is it worse than when I brought it in? Don't know. I've only had it back for a day and haven't driven it. Disappointed it happened in the first place. Disappointed they couldn't find it. But they did treat me honestly and fairly up to this point. More

Told Christopher that we were on our way, and buying a new CRV....TODAY. Told him I did not want to mess around and waste the entire day. So far, I am loving this vehicle. Very quiet and a great ride. I had a hard time switching brands, as I have always bought from the "Big 3" automakers. The last two brand new vehicles I have purchased from them, I have not been happy with. I took a survey on Facebook about Honda's, and had great responses. Chris was very professional, and very patient, with my barrage of questions. He took the time to point out how everything works, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. If this vehicle works out as well, as I hope, I will definitely continue to purchase them. The dealership was very clean, and everything went very smooth. Not an "all day" deal.
