He took my email seriously, and had 2 options ready for me, when we got to the lot. I went in with the intention of getting just a regular CRV EX, and left with a CRV EX-L Hybrid. So far, I am loving this vehicle. Very quiet and a great ride. I had a hard time switching brands, as I have always bought from the "Big 3" automakers. The last two brand new vehicles I have purchased from them, I have not been happy with. I took a survey on Facebook about Honda's, and had great responses. Chris was very professional, and very patient, with my barrage of questions. He took the time to point out how everything works, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. If this vehicle works out as well, as I hope, I will definitely continue to purchase them. The dealership was very clean, and everything went very smooth. Not an "all day" deal. Came back from a test drive, and Chris has the paperwork ready and it made our decision very easy. I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to my friends.
