I was glad I got a salesman like Tim who immediately put me at ease by being friendly, honest and somewhat laid back but very attentive and knowledgeable at the same time. He asked good questions to determine what I wanted in a car and let me take one home for the weekend. I returned it on Monday, was given a quote without much game playing and bought it later in the week on my own schedule. No annoying phone calls or pressure. Financing with Bryce was painless too. Very impressed! More

Every concern I had was discussed and solved, call backs were received same day usually within minutes and that is if someone wasn't there to speak to. I was overly welcomed at the dealership. The guys were so friends and professional. I have been to the big dealerships in Des Moines and felt like someone that was pushed aside, sat and waiting for ever to be helped, and annoyed the salesman for even asking to many questions. Randy Kuehl Honda was the complete opposite. Every customer is worth a million bucks it feels like there. Not only that but they did a follow up call to see how I was liking my vehicle a few days after I bought it as well. I was impressed, very impressed. I will buy my next vehicle there. Great Customer Care - They Stepped Up and Fixed It Too Our 2011 Odyssey (93K mi) had several warning lights go off at the same time when engine misfired. RKH got us in the next day, and while at first the repair seemed simple (plugs?) they diagnosed a deeper problem known to Odysseys of this age. The engine needed a "re-ring". At first I was told it would take about a week to fix and expected it would be costly. Instead, they helped with a courtesy car, found the repair was covered by Honda warranty, and fixed it in 2 days. Because I was travelling and in meetings they took care to communicate with me however I wanted - texting worked best, and Mason went out of his way to take care of me. The rest of the team (John, Ray, others) backed him up and helped him and me out too. One of the best treatments I've ever received from the service side of an auto dealership ever. More
