Great price, even better service! Tim, though new to Randy Kuehl, was very knowledgeable and helpful to us as a salesmen. My wife and I had been searching around for a week or two for a new car for her due to a wreck that totaled her last car. We know Honda to be great, and we bought our last one from Randy Kuehl, so we went back. I was appreciative of Tim's honesty throughout the process, and he was very candid with us about everything. He seemed a bit nervous, and maybe slightly hesitant, but my guess is that's because he's still newer to the dealership. He let me drive, let my wife drive, answered questions, and was very helpful. Then of course there's Breck, who helped us work numbers, and was extremely helpful in that department as well. Breck was able to get us a great deal, and walked us through the process of purchasing the vehicle with ease. As always, I would recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to anyone looking for a nice Honda who wants to buy their car with confidence. More

Overall the staff was very condencending, arogant, and at times i felt like i was held hostage at the dearlership. I can not explain why I finalized my purchase with them. I realized i wanted a larger vehicle and contacted Randy Kuehl Honda and had a wonderful buying experience! Not only did they give me a better price but the process was very easy and little time was wasted at the dealer ship. Although we did not immediately start working seriously with him, he did not drive us crazy with calls, emails and messages, but instead allowed us to make the rounds and we finally ended back at Randy Kuehl. Once we decided on buying a new CRV, Trent came to us with fair trade offer and competitive offer on the new car. We decide to purchase it and the closing was easy and hassle free and Trent did an excellent job on showing us all of the great features of the car and helped us get it setup.
