I was led to believe that features I wanted on the Encore were no longer available. In order to get the color car I wanted, the dealership made me complete the paperwork before securing the car. Hence, I did not get to test drive it and later found it did not have all the features I expected.... per the salesperson, they were not available. Subsequently I found they were available on the Avenir which was never offered to me. And I never gave a maximum price. I do not know why the sales team was fixated on the Sports Touring model. I did not ask for a model but for features like I had on my current Encore. More

On our first contact online, Logan was very responsive. Came up on an initial visit to see a Yukon we had found online, but didn't have captains chairs in second row. So Logan followed up a few days later and noted the a recent vehicle had been traded in that met all of our requirements. Follow up by Logan led to our return and ultimately purchasing the 2018 Yukon Denali that met our expectations. We were able to finalize the transaction and bought the vehicle. Stephen in the finance office was extremely helpful and professional. Transaction was smooth and quick We came from Columbia SC to purchase. Was told there were missing cam bolts and pins and that it would cost $750 to fix. I tried calling back but my service rep was at lunch. I left a message and never received a call back.
