Salesman, Steve Rogers, was friendly and easy to talk to until it came time to discuss numbers at which point he became quite overbearing - especially in defending the over pricing of their vehicle and unde until it came time to discuss numbers at which point he became quite overbearing - especially in defending the over pricing of their vehicle and under valuing of my trade. He placed little to no value in Kelly Blue Book values - a company I have great respect for. I really should have walked away! In the past when I have purchased vehicles from a dealer, they FILLED the gas tank… at Randy Marion they only put in 1/2 tank! Further, they only provided ONE key fob and no floor mats. I’m sure the internet description of the vehicle was based on OEM equipment, but it still should have included everything indicated. However, a number of things listed there were not present in/with the vehicle. This is an GMC dealership and these things could have been included at a minimal cost to them. Overall, after leaving and contemplating the encounter, I felt very manipulated and I doubt I would do business with them again. Finance manager Jerrae Gordon was much easier to work with than was the salesman. More
