I recently purchased a vehicle here, and while parts of the experience were positive, there are serious concerns that need to be addressed—specifically with the finance department. He was professional, transparent, and straightforward throughout the sales process. This review is not a reflection of his service. However, once I entered the finance office, the experience took a sharp turn. I made it very clear from the beginning that my all-in, out-the-door price—including taxes, tags, fees, and two complimentary oil changes—was $27,759.00. I also explicitly stated that I only wanted the standard manufacturer warranty (3 years / 36,000 miles), with no additional products. That is not what happened. The finance manager did not clearly explain what was being added. Instead, I was shown a screen and asked, “which payment do you prefer,” with no transparent breakdown of what those payments included. There was no clear opportunity to opt out of extended warranties or additional services. Later, I discovered: - $999 in administrative fees - $250 in document handling fees - $879 in taxes All of which were supposed to be included in the agreed all-in price—but were instead itemized and rolled into the loan without proper disclosure. The result? My loan came out to $32,055, which is $4,296 more than what I agreed to. On top of that, I was rushed through signing documents, and the document I signed—twice—showing the $27,759 all-in price was not included in my final paperwork. Roughly two weeks later, I contacted my sales representative about the missing document. I was told via text message that the paperwork was available and would be provided to me. Unfortunately, that was never followed through on, and I still have not received it. To be blunt, this felt misleading and extremely deceptive. If you’re considering buying from here, I strongly recommend: - Reviewing every document slowly and carefully - Asking for a full itemized breakdown before signing anything - Not relying on verbal agreements alone - Confirming you receive every signed document before leaving More

Our visit was to test drive, but that change into a purchase. Salesperson - Caleb Taylor: We went to Randy Marion Buick to look at, and test drive the Buick Encore GX in orange. From the moment we exited our car Caleb was very welcoming, asking to assist us in our car search. He provided various options and useful information that helped us make a better car buying decision. We test drove 2 different vehicles. He even helped speed up the information and buying process as we needed to leave. Then we were introduced to Jerrae Gordon to complete the finance portion of the purchase. Thank you Caleb for delivering the detailed vehicle and the vehicle technology tutoring!
