I was led to believe that features I wanted on the Encore were no longer available. In order to get the color car I wanted, the dealership made me complete the paperwork before securing the car. Subsequently I found they were available on the Avenir which was never offered to me. And I never gave a maximum price. I do not know why the sales team was fixated on the Sports Touring model.
