Caleb treated me and my wife with so much respect taking his time to show us the vehicle and explain all it had to offer. Never once did we feel pressured into buying. He listened to my wants and expectations and made every effort to accommodate. The co-owner, Steve also came to speak with us, but not in a high-pressure way. He explained clearly what they could offer from a price point and said he could add tint to the front windows and speakers in the tailgate. My wife and I were so impressed with both Caleb and Steve, we decided to go back the next day and purchase. Caleb sent pictures of the speakers and tint while they were getting installed. His communication was extremely well received. Through the entire experience, we felt like family. You know you had a great experience when you actually want to go back to a dealership, not necessarily to purchase a vehicle, but see the friends you made there. I highly recommend Randy Marion GMC for a great buying experience, selection and quality vehicle. By the way, I absolutely love my Sierra Denali. Wow, what a great ride. More
