I’ve always been satisfied with Randy Marion Buick’s service department. They explain everything, give me all the options and respect my decisions. This visit was for a check engine light that turned ou service department. They explain everything, give me all the options and respect my decisions. This visit was for a check engine light that turned out to be under a conditional recall - only fix it if the vehicle has the issue. I also had a lot of things I wanted done and was advised that some of them were already included in the other things I requested. Saved me hundreds of dollars. More
