have spent over 6 months paying for them to troubleshoot a problem that I provided them with a detailed diagnosis from an independent mechanic already. They refused to look at it and insisted that they had a problem that I provided them with a detailed diagnosis from an independent mechanic already. They refused to look at it and insisted that they had to duplicate it in their shop. they were unable to reproduce the diagnosis and submitted multiple claims for other items to the manufacturer for issues that are documented red herrings on dealer network websites. in their shop that they refused to even look at the independent analysis and provide feedback on it and continued under the impression that it was a warranty claim. after 6 months and 15000 miles they tell me its no longer covered and that will be over $600 to repair a known component that previously would have been. we walked out the door.
