I was not in the market for a Buick as I had a bad experience with a Buick back in the 80’s. I was in the market for a GMC. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the Buicks and helped me see that Buick experience with a Buick back in the 80’s. I was in the market for a GMC. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the Buicks and helped me see that Buicks had come a long way since then. Matthew was patient and showed me the difference between the 2 vehicles. He did not try to pressure me as salesmen at other dealerships had done. Matthew helped me make a good decision. The Buick was better for my budget since I’m 72 years old. I would definitely buy from Matthew Levasseur again. He made me feel that I was important and what I wanted mattered. More

Everyone is super friendly but every time we have taken my vehicles, parts are left off. We have found that clips and bolts have been left off the fender liners and lower valance one time and this previous my vehicles, parts are left off. We have found that clips and bolts have been left off the fender liners and lower valance one time and this previous time we found a clip on the passenger side floorboard. Not sure what it goes to yet. They did recall work for my backup camera. There was also something sticky left on my steering wheel and greasy finger prints on my drivers side sun visor. More
