We recently moved to the Charlotte area. My wife drove her Acadia Denali to the store but it wouldn’t start when she came out. A roadside service got it running, but I wanted to make sure we got a permanent fix. It was 2:30 pm so Iwasnt sure I would be able to get it seen the same day. I called Randy Marion GMC and a very pleasant woman told us to bring it in. At the dealership Service Advisor Kenny Caldwell met me. He was very friendly and professional and immediately got the vehicle back for service while I waited. Within a short period of time, the repair was done and I was on my way. It was a great experience and I will be bringing my vehicle back for service when I need to. I can’t say enough good things about the incredible customer service. More
