The Service Managers are great. But the actual work can be questionable. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and one of the tires was inflated to 52lbs. The rest at 35lbs. I left my brand new 2024 Buick Envision for an entire week because the new Infomation Screen is broken (no respone on bottom part of screen) and they still couldn't get the part I needed to fix the vehic week because the new Infomation Screen is broken (no respone on bottom part of screen) and they still couldn't get the part I needed to fix the vehicle. I still don't have a date as to when the part will come in even though they told me they would update me the day I picked it up. I am still struggling with ability to turn on/off the AC, the heated seats, etc. so we have to live with the inability to use our brand new car while we wait and wait and wait...ugh. More
