The Service Personnel were polite, but they couldn’t duplicate the problems. They offered to have me come in and drive with a Tecnician. I asked “How late are you open?”. They said there weren’t any Technicians available to go for a drive with me so I could show them the problems. It would have been really nice and helpful for them to tell me so had to be there before 5:00 p.m. to take it for a drive. More

Chandler Medeiros was the best! ! After being told that I had a warranty that covered everything, Chandler actually explained that I had a warranty that only covered the transmissio !
